The ultimate solution to the Trump/Musk situation is to remove Trump from office. This can be done in two ways.

The President of the United States can be removed from office through impeachment and conviction by the Senate, or through the 25th Amendment process related to presidential disability. Impeachment requires the House of Representatives to vote to impeach, followed by a Senate trial where a two-thirds majority vote is needed to remove the president. The 25th Amendment outlines procedures for addressing presidential disability, where the Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet can declare the President unable to discharge their duties, potentially leading to removal.
